Sometimes all we need is the chance to attend a delicious wine dinner to sit back, relax and enjoy the finer things in life. Luckily, the Chateau Ste Michelle Wine Dinner at Valentino is just the opportunity to do that. This fabulous event is just around the corner and we can’t wait.

On Wednesday, January 25th, make plans to head to Valentino Vin Bar for what’s sure to be an amazing time. The dinner will begin at 7:30 p.m. and last until 9:30 p.m. During this time, you will have access to delicious cuisines and wine pairings. This fantastic three-course meal includes an appetizer, entree, dessert and wine pairings for each dish.

A few of the decadent dishes you can expect to see on the menu include, Goat Cheese Flan with Roasted Fennel & Eggplant, Crispy Red Snapper, Sautéed New Zealand Mussels, Fingerling Potatoes, with a Leek Saffron Broth and Brown Butter Pear Tar. Each course will have a different wine accompanying it as well.

Reservations are required for this event and tickets are $65 per person. There are only 40 seats available, so be sure to reserve your spot today in order to ensure you don’t miss out on this wonderful event.
